🔍 “Why not…” — quick notes on the models we considered

• Sony WF-1000XM5: class-leading ANC and great sound, but Apple switching still isn’t as effortless as AirPods across iPhone/iPad/Apple TV.
• Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds: superb comfort and ANC, but again, ecosystem handoff and tiny Apple-only perks are what we use all day.
